We set out again last weekend for some hiking. Here are some pictures from our trip.
I must clarify the below picture. We saw TWO rattlesnakes on the road on our way out. We were in our car which is why we were able to get such a close up picture FROM THE CAR (great zoom on the camera). This guy didn't seem to be bothered by the fact that we had stopped to photograph him. The other rattlesnake seen a few minutes later was not as patient and removed himself and began to coil. We took the hint and quickly moved on. Matt, Luke and I are going hiking Labor Day weekend and dry camping for the night. I am still super excited about going BUT I must say the idea of seeing one of these while on FOOT is not all that appealing. I like the advantage of the whole being in the vehicle thing...LOL!
