Moving In...

We finally closed on our house in New Mexico on Wednesday, February 1st...woohoo.  The moving truck arrived Thursday.  Move in day was a very long and exhausting day for all involved.  The boys however, had a great time playing in all the paper and boxes as we unpacked.  I love the innocence of kiddos.  They always seem to find the good in every circumstance and person.  Wish we could keep at least a little of that innocence...don't you?

Daddy and Noah about 3pm on move in day!
Jeriah about 6pm on move in day.  He just couldn't fight it any longer.
Boys, boxes and noisy paper.  Who could ask for anything more?!

Our moms came to help with the kids during the very crazy week.  My mom was able to be with us for the week and Matt's mom was able to get away and come for the weekend.  With their help we were able to get all but 4 boxes unpacked in 4 days.  What a blessing it is to have such wonderful parents.  They both had plenty to do back in Texas but instead they came and helped with the boys and us get moved in.  Thank you moms...words can't explain the gratitude!
Finally, I thought I would leave you with the picture below.  This picture is the view from the north west side of our home.  We can look out our breakfast area window and see this.  If you look close enough you can see the hills and mountains.  It is one of my favorite things about our new home...the view from this window (that and the jacuzzi tub...lol).  Thank you God for your creation!
